Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Sheetal Batra ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As our pieces are often made-to-order or involve delicate hand-embroidery, we accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damages. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
How long does it take to receive a made-to-order piece?
Typically, our handcrafted ensembles take 4 to 6 weeks for production and quality checks before they are dispatched. Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
Can I customize the color or embroidery of a design?
We take pride in offering bespoke services. Most of our signature designs can be customized in terms of color palette and minor design alterations. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For domestic orders within India, we also offer Net Banking and UPI options.
