Quality Approval
Once your request is reviewed, we will authorize the return provided the security tags remain intact and the item is in its original condition.

Place the item in its original brand packaging and dust bag to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all invoices are included.
Pickup and Refund
We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup; once the item passes our studio quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
